Dr Marcus Coelho joined KDMP in December 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, and General Practice.
Originally from Brazil, Dr Marcus earned his specialist degree in Intensive Care Medicine in 2010 and even established an ICU in the Brazilian Amazon, where he worked until 2016.
His passion for holistic patient care led him to General Practice, where he focuses on managing complex medical needs, metabolic syndromes, congestive heart failure, and palliative care.
Dr Marcus holds a diploma and fellowship in Point of Care Ultrasonography and trains the next generation of ultrasonography professionals as an instructor with the Australian College of Emergency Medicine.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr Coelho enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the stunning South Coast.
